Located just blocks from downtown, 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room is open daily and features our current year-round, seasonal and limited release beers on draft alongside a selection of our hard seltzers, 1220 Spirits and Withered Oak cocktails. Food is available for purchase on the main floor from our Peacemaker kitchen. Our upstairs tasting room features a family-friend arcade with Skee-Ball and classic arcade games.
All ages are welcome at both the 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room and 4 Hands at the District, but anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.

Reservation Fee
We do charge a reservation fee. The pricing is as follows.
30-50 people : $150
50-80 people: $250
Your reserved section will be a roped-off area on the second floor. The remainder of the second floor is open to the public so this is not a private space. You will have access to the second floor bar, the restrooms and arcade games which are pay to play. The reservation fee will be added to your beverage tab at the end of your event and is for a four-hour time slot. You may decorate, but all decorations must be taken with you at the conclusion of your party. No confetti, feathers or climbing is allowed while setting up decorations. Your four-hour time slot includes set up and tear down. If you would like to arrive early to set up, please specify and we will work with you to figure out a solution.
Drink Options
We do require a minimum purchase of two drinks per guest, for your four hour reservation. This minimum is for on-site drinks only. Purchase of to-go drinks or merchandise does not count towards this minimum. Our draft offerings start at $6 and our specialty cocktails start at $12. To figure out this minimum, we meet in the middle of the above prices, and average a drink at $9. We then add a 20% gratuity for the bartenders onto this minimum. Your drink minimum/gratuity will be as follows.

Wristbands and Drink Tickets
If requested, we will provide you with wristbands which help our bartenders easily identify the guests in your group. We can also provide you with drink tickets to give to your guests. This allows you, as a host, to better monitor your guests’ consumption.
Individual Tabs
If you want to cover only the room fee and have everyone on their own for tabs, that is an option. You would not have a minimum to meet, but instead would be responsible for a bartender fee. The bartender fee would be the same amount as your room fee.

Catering
Special desserts are the only outside food we allow to be brought in. The kitchen/in-house caterer is a separate entity and operated by Sidney Street and Peacemaker Lobster and Crab Co.
Confirmation Policy
We ask for your credit card information to confirm your reservation. Please note that there will be no charge made to this card, we just hold the card on file. If you need to cancel the reservation, and it is before 14 calendar days of your event, we will not charge anything. If we receive cancellation within the 14 days before the reservation, we will charge your card half of your reservation fee.

Additional Hours: $150 per hour after 3pm - 5pm
