Earmuffs is an enchanting hazy winter IPA that embraces the season’s serene chill through the use of CRYO hops, a hop product created by freezing raw hop cones to sub-zero temperatures with liquid nitrogen before shattering them, sifting the lupulin and pressing that green goodness into pellets that provide accentuated aromas and flavors. Using our Mosaic-hopped IPA as a jumping off point, Incarnation Juiced goes hazy and super fruity thanks to the inclusion of white wheat, flaked oats and our hazy IPA yeast strain. Infused with guava, passion fruit and pineapple during fermentation, this pint of paradise is dry-hopped with Idaho Gem imparting notes of juicy cherry, citrus and stone fruit. Our take on a traditional Belgian-style white ale, Peacemaker Wit is brewed with a generous portion of white wheat and pilsner malt to create a smooth, refreshing, slightly hazy golden ale with bright, fruity aromas contributed by bitter and sweet orange peel and our Belgian yeast strain. | ABV: 5%

Reprise Centennial Red is BACK! Serving as a sort of brewer’s playground for exploring new and delicious hop varieties, Scale of Complexity is a series of rotating hazy IPAs. Scale of Complexity - Nelson Sauvin, the eleventh in our rotating series of hazy IPAs, is heavily dry-hopped with Krush hops resulting in a beer with lower bitterness, but massive aromas and flavors of stone fruit, citrus and berries. | ABV: 6.5%

Glide into the depths of winter with Silent Flight, a spiced winter warmer featuring freshly ground cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a bold, warming base beer accented with toasty Munich and rich caramel and toffee malt flavors. Follow the owl, one sip at a time, into the season. | ABV: 7%

Delicate and imminently approachable, this American blonde ale is brewed with pilsner malt to provide a slightly sweet, pillowy base from which jasmine flowers adding during the brewing process shine. Single Speed pours a bright golden hue and boasts soft floral undertones. | ABV: 5%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Schnucks Markets, Special Teams opens with a blitz of blueberry, tangerine and floral aromas provided by late- and dry-hopping with Mosaic and Azacca hops. The forward progress of this hazy IPA continues with a rush of juicy stone fruit and pine resin flanked by bright mango, tropical and citrus notes tapering to a soft, slightly sweet finish that feels like a victory formation. | ABV: 5%
