You've grown in recent years. How many tasting room locations do you have and where are they?
Hey, you've grown too and we're proud of you. With the opening of our newest tasting room, 4 Hands + Peacemaker Kirkwood, we now operate three tasting room locations. To keep them straight, we've given each its own name and here's where you can find them all:
4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room - our original spot in the LaSalle Park neighborhood near downtown STL
1220 S. 8th Street
St. Louis, MO 63104
4 Hands at The District - our first satellite tasting room in The District of St. Louis
17081 N Outer 40 Road
Chesterfield, MO 63005
4 Hands + Peacemaker Kirkwood - our newest location in downtown Kirkwood
150 W. Argonne Drive
Kirkwood, MO 63122
Are there any happy hour specials?
While we believe that any hour spent in one of our tasting rooms is a happy one, we offering the following happy hour pricing:
4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room - $2 off draft offerings and $4 off speciality cocktails from 4pm to 6pm Monday - Thursday
4 Hands + Peacemaker Kirkwood - $2 off draft offerings from 3pm to 5pm Monday - Friday
Do you take reservations?
At both the 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room and 4 Hands at The District, we take reservations for parties of 30 or more and 25 or more respectively. For any smaller groups, all seating is open and first come first serve. Head to each tasting room’s page and scroll allllll the way to the bottom for more details and a reservation contact form that will get you hooked up with that tasting room’s hospitality crew. We don’t take any reservations, large party or otherwise, at 4 Hands + Peacemaker Kirkwood.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do! You can snag one from the bartenders in any of our tasting rooms or you can head here to purchase an electronic gift card: Electronic Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used in any of our tasting rooms, but since our culinary partners are technically separate entities, gift cards may only be used for beverages from the bar, merchandise or cans/bottles for off-site enjoyment. The inverse is true with Peacemaker or Hi-Pointe Drive-in gift cards. They can only be used for orders from our culinary partners' kitchens and not for drinks from the bar or 4 Hands merch.
Will (sporting event in which I am incredibly emotionally invested) be on The Hub’s massive LED screen?
Unless it’s elephant polo, shovel racing, quidditch or there's a local team's game on at the same time, probably so, but we suggest checking out The Hub STL’s full schedule here: https://www.thedistrictstl.com/events/
Can my dog come hang out at your tasting rooms?
Yes! Well-behaved, leashed dogs are always welcome in the outdoor spaces at all three of our tasting rooms, but at 4 Hands at The District, we’ve been asked to instruct our guests to please keep dogs off of the green turf area that is The Hub. As long as you stay on the concrete patio that’s directly in front of the tasting room in Chesterfield, you’ll be good.
You can see the rules for The Hub here: https://www.thedistrictstl.com/the-hub-stl/
I'm hosting a killer party and need a keg of 4 Hands beer. Can I buy one from the brewery?
While you can always drop by the 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room or 4 Hands at The District to snag four- and six-packs of our beers, we don't sell kegs from the brewery or in our tasting rooms. Most local liquor stores that carry kegs should be able to help you out. If you run into any issues, definitely use the form below and we'll see what we can do.
Can outside food or beverages be brought into your tasting room?
With the exception of desserts for special occasions, no outside food may be brought into our tasting rooms as we have awesome culinary partners serving up delicious dishes to pair with our beers. We never allow any outside beverages, alcoholic or NA to be brought in.
Can I bring my kids?
Of course! It’s our belief that breweries and their tasting rooms should serve as gathering points for the community. For that reason, supervised children are always welcome unless we’re hosting an event that we’ve communicated will be 21+ only.
Do you still have arcade games at the brewery?
We do. We also have an arcade at 4 Hands at The District. While the games at the brewery used to be free to play, we switched to a service that maintains and rotates the games for us so they're no longer free to play. We get that this is a bit of a bummer, but using this service allows us to offer our guests a better experience with our games because while we're great at making beer, we learned that we're not the best at maintaining and repairing video games.
Do you serve beverages that aren't beer?
YES! In all three of our tasting rooms, we serve our hard seltzers, YES.TEA, cocktails and spirits from our 1220 Spirits and Withered Oak families in addition to wine, non-alcoholic beer, CBD seltzers, fancy sodas and more.
Are you hiring bartenders right now?
While we'll typically post any open spots on our social media feeds, you can share your resume with our hospitality managers at each location here: https://www.4handsbrewery.com/now-hiring
I’m in an amazing band and we’d love to play on the stage in The Hub at 4 Hands at The District. How can we make that happen?
While The Hub and its stage are just outside our front doors at 4 Hands at The District, we actually don’t handle the booking of live music for the area, but if you head to The District of St. Louis’ website, you can get in touch with the proper folks: https://www.thedistrictstl.com/map-contact/
I don’t live in the area, but I’d love to check out your beers. Can you ship?
The liquor license that we carry does not allow us to ship alcoholic beverages directly to folks. It’s a bummer, but laws are laws.
Why did you stop brewing (my favorite beer goes here)?
The decision to retire a beer is never an easy one, but from time to time, it’s necessary to do so because we believe it’s important to give our brewers the freedom to experiment and play with new styles, raw materials and brewing processes. This means that beers will drop from the lineup to make room for new ones. It’s totally not personal. We promise.
Do you fill growlers?
We do, but we might not always have glass growlers on hand so your best bet is to bring your own in and we’ll fill it. Please know that not all draft offerings will be available for growler fills.
Why didn't you answer my question?
Look, we're good at many, many things, but we're absolutely horrible mind readers. Scroll just a little bit further down to hit us up with your question. If you have a question related to reservations, please head to that tasting room's page and use the form at the very bottom as it will ask for all the information our hospitality managers need to get started in helping you plan your party.
If you're interested in making a reservation or booking a private space at the 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room or 4 Hands at The District, please use the reservation form on that tasting room's page. We are not accepting reservations at 4 Hands Kirkwood.
Thank you for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have questions about hosting a party or reserving space in one of our tasting rooms, please head to that tasting room’s page using the links to the left of this form.
