Pouring a glowing hazy golden hue, State Wide bursts with bright notes of orange, grapefruit, apricot and resinous pine contributed by a blend of Simcoe and Amarillo hops to balance this soft, slightly sweet pale ale. | ABV 5.5%

CAST IRON OATMEAL BROWN
Brewed with obnoxious amounts of chocolate malt and roasted barley, our oatmeal brown ale pours a dark mahogany hue and is layered with caramel malt and flaked oats to create a round, creamy mouthfeel. Aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and coffee give way to just enough balancing bitterness provided by Columbus and Styrian Bobek hops. | ABV 5.5%

DIVIDED SKY RYE IPA
This beer brings together two of our favorite ingredients, Pacific Northwest hops and rye malt. Cascade, Centennial, Columbus and the Falconer’s Flight blend provide pungent floral, grapefruit and black pepper hop notes that interact with a slightly spicy flavor from the rye. Divided Sky pours a golden straw color with aromas of tangerine and pine. | ABV 6.5%

Our take on a traditional Belgian-style white ale, Ripple is brewed with a generous portion of white wheat and pilsner malt to create a smooth, refreshing, slight hazy golden ale with bright, fruity aromas contributed by bitter and sweet orange peel and our Belgian yeast strain. | ABV 5%

Scale of Complexity is a rotating series of hazy IPAs that focuses on new and experimental hops and blends as well as tried and true, brewer favorite varietals. Shifting hops to the end of the boil and focusing on dry-hopping provides massive hop flavor and aroma without the typical upfront bitterness found in traditional IPAs. | ABV: 6.5%
Scale of Complexity - El Dorado, the fifth in our rotating series of hazy IPAs, is heavily dry-hopped with Yakima Valley-grown El Dorado resulting in a beer with lower bitterness, but massive aromas and flavors of pineapple, watermelon and stone fruit.

SINGLE SPEED
Delicate and imminently approachable, this American blonde ale is brewed with pilsner malt to provide a slightly sweet, pillowy base from which jasmine flowers adding during the brewing process shine. Single Speed pours a bright golden hue and boasts soft floral undertones. | ABV 5%

WAR HAMMER
War Hammer, our annual ode to lupulin, stays hazy for the 2021 release and features a heavy-handed blend of Citra and Mosaic hops in the kettle for notes of grapefruit, lime, blueberry, mango and pineapple. Following fermentation with the Brett-like Trois yeast strain, this imperial IPA is triple dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo Hops® (concentrated lupulin powder) for further amplified tropical fruit flavors and aromas and a touch of earthy, resinous pine.
