Velvety black and boasting aromas of roasted barley and chocolate malt, City Wide Stout is built upon a base of two-row barley supplemented by caramel and Vienna malts and flaked oats with just enough bittering hops to provide balance to our ode to the Irish brewing tradition. | ABV: 4.5%

This IPA brings together two of our favorite ingredients, Pacific Northwest hops and rye malt. Cascade, Centennial, Columbus and the Falconer’s Flight blend provide pungent floral, grapefruit and black pepper hop notes that interact with a slightly spicy flavor from the rye. When the world isn’t watching, these vibrant birds let loose at a secret soiree and this hazy tropical IPA turns up the beat with Mosaic and Sabro hops spinning juicy flavors of pineapple and orange while subtle hints of cherry add depth to the groove. Rise up and tantalize your tastebuds with our Mosaic-hopped IPA! Incarnation pours a glowing amber hue with a firm collar of off-white foam. A subtle malt sweetness provided by pale and caramel malts gives way to loads of pineapple, passion fruit and candied citrus aromas and flavors in this medium bodied IPA. | ABV: 7%

Brewed for our favorite roots-rock band, The Mighty Pines, this incredibly easy-drinking IPA features a blend of Idaho 7 and Simcoe Cryo Hops that lends citrus, pineapple and resinous pine notes supported by a malt base with just enough sweetness to provide balance and harmony. | ABV: 6%

Historically lauded as Frederick Wilhelm’s, the King in Prussia, favorite style of beer, Berliner Weisse is a low ABV, tart, light-bodied German-style wheat ale. Following brewhouse souring, Passion Fruit Prussia is fermented on lavish amounts of passion fruit infusing hints of melon, pineapple and kiwi that play nicely with the soft lactic acidity of this super drinkable and quenching beer. | ABV: 4%

Our take on a traditional Belgian-style white ale, Peacemaker Wit is brewed with a generous portion of white wheat and pilsner malt to create a smooth, refreshing, slightly hazy golden ale with bright, fruity aromas contributed by bitter and sweet orange peel and our Belgian yeast strain. | ABV: 5%

Reprise Centennial Red is BACK! All eyes are on the star of this single-hopped show, Centennial hops, while two row pale malt, caramel 20L and just a touch of Midnight Wheat bring layers of caramel sweetness and a subtle roast character. Expect bright, bold citrus and floral notes with dominant flavors of grapefruit, lemon and pine from Pacific Northwest-grown Centennial hops. | ABV: 6%

Serving as a brewer’s playground for exploring new and delicious hop varieties, Scale of Complexity is a series of rotating hazy IPAs. Scale of Complexity - Talus, the twelfth in our rotating series of hazy IPAs, is heavily dry-hopped with Krush hops resulting in a beer with lower bitterness, but massive aromas and flavors of grapefruit, stone fruit and resinous pine. | ABV: 6.5%

Delicate and imminently approachable, this American blonde ale is brewed with pilsner malt to provide a slightly sweet, pillowy base from which jasmine flowers adding during the brewing process shine. Single Speed pours a bright golden hue and boasts soft floral undertones. | ABV: 5%

Hopped with a blend of Sultana, Strata and Mosaic hops, this tropical juice bomb boasts bold notes of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus and blueberry that soar from a malt base composed of pale malt, white wheat and flaked oats. | ABV: 6.5%
