4 Hands Brewing Co. is thrilled to announce that they have joined forces with Chef Kevin Nashan of Sidney Street Cafe and Peacemaker Lobster & Crab to bring a new food concept to the brewery at 1220 S. 8th St.

The food program at the tasting room, which opens Friday, February 24, is designed by Nashan and John Messbarger, chef de cuisine at Peacemaker, who will run the menu on-site at 4 Hands Brewing Co. Similar to the beer portfolio of 4 Hands, the new menu will include a vast array of offerings to satisfy all palates, with options like the 4 Hands Brat with sauerkraut and Dijon on a Companion pretzel bun; the Brisket Poorboy with lettuce, tomato, pickle and horseradish aioli; and the Smoked Whitefish Dip.

“We are excited to see our partnership with Nashan and his team continue to grow,” says Kevin Lemp, owner of 4 Hands Brewing Co.

Chef Kevin Nashan says, “This was a no brainer when Kevin Lemp approached me. I love his beer and the way he runs his business. It’s a win-win for all of us.”

Nashan and Lemp began working together when their collaborative beer, Peacemaker witbier, was launched three years ago. Their mutual respect and friendship has continued to grow. Lemp and Nashan are looking forward to combining their crafts to create a distinctive and exciting experience for visitors to the brewery.
