City Wide is an American Pale Ale. It is our opportunity to make our mark on the St. Louis community by donating a percentage of proceeds to local non-profit organizations. The scope of our mission has always included more than just brewing beer. We strive to be a positive force in the St. Louis community. A portion of every City Wide purchase goes to one of our partner organizations, quarterly. Our goal is to empower our consumers, while giving back. This beer is exclusive to the STL in cans, but does make draft appearances in all of our markets.
City Wide Pils
City Wide Pils is an American Pilsner brewed with Citra hops. This traditional lager is brewed with American-grown malt and hops. Cold fermentation with a bottom-fermenting yeast strain results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a clean, crisp finish.
Single Speed is an American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones.
DIVIDED SKY RYE IPA
This beer brings together two of our favorite ingredients; hops and rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!
CAST IRON OATMEAL BROWN
This is one monster of a Brown Ale! We use an obnoxious amount of chocolate malt and roasted barley to give this beer a cast iron backbone. Our oatmeal brown pours a dark mahogany with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee.
Rise up and tantalize your taste buds with the Mosaic hopped IPA! Incarnation pours amber in color with a firm off white head. Look for loads of tropical flavors in this medium bodied IPA. Aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and candied fruit dominate.
Not just another boring wheat ale. We made Contact High, our spring and summer seasonal, exciting by adding copious amounts of pacific northwest hops and dry hopping with fresh orange zest. Contact High pours a bright orange hue with a big citrus aroma.
WAR HAMMER IMPERIAL IPA
Columbus Tomahawk Zeus is the primary hop variety in War Hammer as well as the inspiration in the name. We use a combination of Pacific Northwest hops to create layers of pungent flavors. A generous malt bill adds biscuit and honey notes while allowing the hops to take center stage. War Hammer pours golden in color with aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine, resin, and slight earthy notes. Drink Fresh! 9% Alc/Vol 83 IBU's
CA$H MONY is an Imperial IPA brewed with a wasteful amount of the very best hops we could secure. An ample malt bill is paired with a huge dose of pungent hop flavor. Citrus dominates the aroma, accentuated by notes of melon, pine, and tropical fruit.
Snake Oil is a Red IPA brewed with a combination of American and Australian hops. It has a bright, complex aroma with notes of citrus, peach, and tropical fruit. A variety of carmel malts lend this beer a full-body and a big mouthfeel.
PASSION FRUIT PRUSSIA
The Passion Fruit Prussia is our non-traditional look at the classic Berliner Weisse style. Brewed with a generous amount of passion fruit, this beer pours golden in color with a nice tart finish. A perfect compliment to the summer heat.
Cuvee Ange was inspired by the French Oak wine barrels we used for this project that once housed all French wine varietals. Fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of Cabernet, Merlot, and Grenache barrels with raspberries and blackberries, Cuvee Ange is a fruity, tart, complex ale. Cuvee Ange pours a bright rose with aromas of fruit, funk, and wood.
Cuvee Diable is the second in our barrel aged saison series. Cuvee Diable is a soft and delicate farmhouse ale fermented with wild yeast and aged in red wine barrels with tart cherries. Cuvee Diable pours rose in color with notes of cherry, funk, wood, and spice.
CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
Our Chocolate Milk Stout pours black as the night sky with aromas of dark chocolate, chocolate malt, and more chocolate. With a firm tan head and a rich velvety mouthfeel our Chocolate Milk Stout is a perfect complement to the change of seasons.
BONA FIDE IMPERIAL STOUT
Bona Fide Imperial Stout is a collaborative effort with Goshen Coffee, a local fair trade coffee roaster. This beer is big, bold, and in your face. Bona Fide pours black as night with a smooth mouth feel. Aromas of espresso, dark chocolate, roasted malt, with nuances of vanilla. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. 9% Alc/Vol 65 IBU's
Volume #1 is our first release in the Wood Series, an ongoing series focusing on high gravity ales aged in American spirit barrels. Volume #1 is an Imperial Stout with cocoa nibs and a single origin coffee aged in American whisky barrels of 16 months. Volume #1 pours pitch black with aromas of bourbon, coffee, and rich dark chocolate.
Volume #2 is our second release in the wood series. An ongoing series focusing on high gravity ales aged in American spirit barrels. Volume #2 is an old ale aged in bourbon barrels. The character of the whiskey blends beautifully with a strong malt base. The resulting beer is full-bodied, combining rich caramel sweetness with robust bourbon intensity.
Send Help was made in collaboration with Randy Ploesser, Todd Bratrud, and Send Help Skateboards. It is an extremely crushable, dry-hopped blonde ale. Pouring straw in color with a crisp bitterness and an abundance of hop aroma, Send Help is the go-to beer for summer.
Downfall is an Imperial Milk Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with raspberries. This huge chocolatey stout is rounded out by a giant punch of tart berry and a warming Bourbon heat. Downfall pours a thick inky black with a creamy tan head.
Absence of Light
Absence of Light is a milk stout brewed with peanut
butter. Chocolate malt dominates the grain bill,
backed up by a combination of caramel malts and roasted barley. Overall this gives the beer a very rich, complex flavor with notes of chocolate and coffee. This is topped off with a layer of creamy peanut butter and a slightly sweet finish.
Plush is a saison brewed with grape in celebration of the New Year. This light and effervescent beer is dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin which contributes a delicate white wine fruitiness. Plush pours straw in color with a firm white head.
This Imperial Milk Stout was aged in bourbon barrels with whole vanilla beans. Madagascar pours a dark black with notes of bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla.
License to Dance
Brewed in collaboroation with our friends from Log Boat Brewing Co. License To Dance was inspired by the Sex on The Beach cocktail. This tart ale is brewed with cranberry, pineapple, and orange zest.
Kriek is our variation of the classic Belgian style. This beer was aged in Cabernet barrels for 2 years with sweet cherries and a blend of wild yeast and bacteria. Kriek has a bold cherry aroma with hints of oak and a strong tart finish. This beer pours pink in color with a thin white head.
Guava King is a slightly tart wheat ale fermented with guava. Aromas of tropical fruit are balanced by a touch of acidity, resulting in a crisp, crushable beer. Guava King pours hazy blonde with a firm white head
Dakine is a tropical IPA brewed with pineapple, honey, and mandarin zest. Dakine pours golden in color with a huge, tropical flavor. Bright citrus aroma is accented by juicy pineapple flavor and a slightly sweet finish.
White Flannel is an Imperial Wheat India Pale Ale brewed with HBC 342, Centennial, Citra, and Wakatu hops.
A collaboration ale brewed with our friends at Narrow Gauge Brewing. A table IPA with oat flakes and Citra, Columbus, El Dorado, Galaxy, Mosaic & Simcoe hops.
A juicy IPA brewed with 2 different yeast strains, oatmeal, wheat and hop powder.
Typhon is a complex and refreshing Red Saison brewed with a large portion of rye malt and Belgian yeast. This combination lends subtle notes of spice and fruit to this crisp farmhouse saison.
Super Flare is a hazy IPA brewed with mango and guava. A combination of unique American hops give this beer a luscious tropical flavor with a big citrusy bite. Super Flare pours a hazy gold with a full body and a firm white head.
City Museum Pils
A speciality beer brewed for one of our favorite spots in the city, City Museum. It is our American Pilsner brewed with Tangerine and ginger.
Belgian Golden Strong Ale aged in second used bourbon barrels with peaches.
A collaborative project with our friends at FEAST and Nine Network. On Cue is a gose brewed with pink Himalayan sea salt, cucumbers and hibiscus flowers.
Hopeless Romantic is a juicy, tropical saison dry-hopped
with a blend of fruity, citrusy hops. Two strains of ale yeast
and one strain on brettanomyces combine produce a bright, aromatic beer with just a hint of funk.
A light, slightly tart, wheat beer with sea salt, lemon zest, lemon verbena, lemon basil and lemon balm.
Liquid is a wet hopped IPA brewed with Fresh Michigan
Chinook hops. The hops in Liquid are added to the kettle
hours after harvest lending juicy tropical and citrus fruit
notes to this.
Bone of Contention
Bone of contention is a farmhouse-style saison infused
with gin inspired botanicals
Zellige is a Moroccan Coffee Stout brewed with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamon, black pepper, and sea salt. Look for bold notes of coffee, warming spices, and chocolate. Zellige pours opaque black with a firm tan head.
The name Zellige references the mosaic tile pattern often found in Morocco.
Genevieve is as sophisticated as the label would make you think. Our Belgian Wit inspired collaboration, Peacemaker Wit, was aged in gin barrels for 6 months. Bright citrus notes take center stage followed by layer of botanicals.
AZZA was named after the fallen angel whose name means "The Strong". AZZA is a 13.5% Russian Imperial Stout aged for over a year in Port wine barrels that finished American Bourbon. Look for big notes of chocolate, roasted barley, and vanilla, followed by subtle fruit notes from the port barrels as well as licorice and bourbon.
La Belleza is an Imperial Stout brewed with cacao, cinnamon, vanilla, chilies, ginger, and nutmeg.
BA Bona Fide
Barrel-Aged Bona Fide was aged in Bourbon barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans and a unique coffee from our friends at Goshen Coffee Company. Look for layers of wood, whiskey, coffee, and dark chocolate with a subtle note of vanilla. Barrel-Aged Bona Fide pours opaque black in color with a firm tan head.
